Best mates turned business partners, Harry and Luca are the brains, the energy, and the heart behind HL Golf Balls.

• Harry leads the digital side of the business. With a background in web design and branding, he built and continues to manage our slick online store. Every click, scroll, and checkout experience has Harry’s attention to detail behind it.

• Luca is the driving force behind HL Golf Balls’ growth, leading all things marketing, sales, and social media. As the brand’s voice and front-facing presence, he connects with customers, builds relationships, and spreads the word making sure HL stands out both online and on the course. His instinct for branding and natural sales skills are key to the business’ continued success.

But beyond their specialities, both Harry and Luca are hands-on with every part of the process: cleaning, sorting, quality checking, and packaging every ball that leaves our doors. Their hustle and vision are what keep HL Golf Balls rolling.

George and Leo are our go-to guys in the field. Their job is simple—but essential. They’re out scouring courses, ponds, and driving ranges to recover thousands of golf balls every single month.
