Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the UK.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the UK. If you’re outside of the UK, feel free to reach out—we might be able to make something work!

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your golf balls—but we get it, sometimes things aren’t quite right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused (yep, still unused… even though they’re used)
In the same condition you received them

To start a return, just shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and reason.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, you’ll get a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for it to hit your account.

No Returns On:

“Grade B” balls (those are final sale)
Bulk orders over 40 balls (unless damaged)
